LAUNCHTIP Apps are built to work out of the box for most generic setups.
As merchants add apps and adapt themes, this can cause conflicts.
As a result, we do not alter Merchants themes to accommodate functionality we don’t support.
We will aim to resolve any issues/conflicts with Merchants themes when an app is not displaying or behaving as expected.
If you wish to customise or extend app functionality, you do so at your own risk.
Should you need to extend or modify, you can seek the assistance of a Shopify Expert or approach freelancers on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.
