By default, Ping will attempt to find your product form and output either above the cart or below the cart based on your settings.
On certain themes, especially custom themes or themes that have been heavily extended, Ping may not be able to locate this form. As a result, Ping won’t be visible.
To make sure Ping is visible, you need to either append a class with the ID “ping-app” or simply add the following snippet to your Product.Liquid or Product section/snippet where you want Ping to output:
If you are not comfortable editing your theme, simply open a support ticket and we can do this for you.
