If you don’t think Ping is a great fit for you and wish to cancel your Billing, you will need to uninstall Ping.
We use usage charges for Ping so we don’t offer a free plan but we do offer a free tier. Any usage over the free tier is billed as a usage charge which is outlined in the confirmation charge screen before proceeding with Ping.
Once you have uninstalled Ping, this will cancel the billing charge for you.
