Create a to-do for an Order in Shopify

One of the great aspects of Notedesk is the integration with the Shopify workflow.

Lot’s of merchants find themselves having to keep on top of some orders when stock is pending, returns are in transit, issues with items or even things like contacting VIP customers and so on.

With Notedesk, you can quickly create a to-do (also known as a task) for a specific order straight from the Admin.

The main benefit of this is keeping a centralized location for your admin surrounding orders.

Whilst Shopify does have notes for orders, it requires you to track down the specific order and then go into it. With Notedesk, these are all in one easy to use dashboard for you to keep on top of.
