When does Lumo send review requests?

Lumo works off the order fulfilled action in Shopify. When an order is marked as fulfilled, this is usually because your store has packaged and shipped the item. The general delivery time is 3-5 days.

By default, we send requests 14 days after the order has been marked as fulfilled. This is enough of a buffer for most stores. 

You can change this in Lumo Settings under the schedule section.


If your store dropships or sells custom items, we suggest making this setting 30 days.

If you sell digital items that are fulfilled and sent instantly, we suggest making this 5 days.
